General Manager – Luxury Workplace Experience
Location: New York City
Compensation: $125,000–$135,000 base + 17% annual bonus + long-term incentives + comprehensive benefits

This exceptional opportunity includes managing executive suites, a world-class conference center, and exclusive access to a private members-only club with a refined restaurant, lounge, and sprawling terrace in the heart of Park Avenue.
This role is perfect for a dynamic leader with deep roots in luxury hospitality and a proven ability to elevate service standards, build exclusive communities, and deliver refined guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Launch & Lead: Oversee the successful pre-opening and daily operations of this high-touch, luxury-focused location.
- Community Cultivation: Attract and engage a network of influential leaders, tastemakers, and high-profile business professionals.
- Hospitality at its Finest: Ensure seamless, white-glove service across every touchpoint — from executive offices to private dining and events.
- Strategic Growth: Implement a tailored go-to-market strategy focused on long-term relationships and refined member acquisition.
- Team Leadership: Build, coach, and inspire a high-performance hospitality team committed to discretion, service, and detail.
- Stakeholder Alignment: Serve as the key liaison between internal teams and external partners to maintain service excellence across all operational areas.
